CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS
Would you rather return or exchange the item you ordered? Read more about returning and exchanging your order to 100ccparts here. A right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to products from our stock. This period starts on the day on which you receive your order.
Always check immediately upon receipt of the product whether it has been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, we kindly request you to contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours, to report this. This can be done by email at info@100ccparts.com or via the contact form
Pay attention! All returns must first be notified by e-mail and provided with the confirmation that 100ccparts sends back
Conditions:
- The shipping costs of the return are for the buyer
- Register a return within the trial period of 14 days.
- The terms & condtions and delivery conditions apply as standard
The condition and packaging of returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Our products must be returned with the full and original packaging, unused and undamaged.
The following products cannot be returned:
- Personalized products: As these are personalized products, it is not possible to exchange or return these products.
Instructions:
- Contact us within 14 days by e-mail ( info@100ccparts.com ) or via the contact form .
- Indicate that you want to return a product.
- You will then receive a return form from 100ccparts by e-mail.
- Fill in the form as completely as possible, and put this with the item you want to return.
- Send the product back to the address stated on the return form unless otherwise indicated.
- Return the product to us within 14 days.
